Publisher Desc.  In this fun arrangement, the musicians are asked to play the tune drunkardly by bending pitch and scooping into notes. The music seems out of sync as some of the figures are three beats long and some are in a two beat pattern. Harmonic surprises abound as even the tonality is obscured at times. The bassoonist cant even find the correct note to end on until the last second.
