This album features songs from the long-running Broadway musical, The Fantasticks. Opening at the Sullivan Street Playhouse in May 1960, The Fantasticks ran for over 17,000 continuous performances and did not close until 2002. Jerry Orbach was a member of the original cast of this musical.
