Publisher Desc.  Hey Dreamer was composed for the musical, Grab the Ring. Created in 1976, the story and lyrics were written by Larry Heimgartner and the music was composed by Rodney Oakes. Grab the Ring was performed during the summer and again during the fall of 1976. Originally a ballad, it has evolved quite successfully to a bossa nova.
