Publisher Desc.  This piece was inspired by a manga collection titled I Want To Eat Your Pancreas. The story was written by Your Sumino and the original art done by Idumi Kirihara. This story is about an introverted boy finding out a dark secret of one of his classmates by reading her diary: she is dying of pancreatic cancer. Due to him being the only one outside her immediate family knowing her secret, they end up spending a lot of time together. As relationships deepen, the imminent horror creeps as her condition starts to worsen. After learning that she has only a short period of time to live, her life quickly cut short by an unforeseen murder. The boy by nature is introverted and pessimistic by nature. The girl extroverted and optimistic, even though she has a short time to live. With her passing, the boy grows to appreciate life more and changes his ways. By the end, he acquires the updated diary that she kept with her, detailing their relationship and being reminiscent of the time they shared. This diary is titled Living With Dying.
