Musical elements from v.1A-v.2B are developed, including left hand independence, range, and pedaling. New elements include: Common time, increased ranges, eight bar phrasing, dotted quarter notes, eighth note rests, inverted chords, ascending and descending patterns, 7th chords, intervals of a seventh, and key changes.
