Originally written for orchestra as part or an orchestral suite, this lovely work has been beautifully adapted for concert band.  The gorgeous melody is shared by the flutes, clarinet and trumpets throughout the piece.  The low brass and woodwinds enrich the performance with expressive use of dynamics.  Lovely!
