Publisher Desc.  This lovely arrangement for flute and piano has three verses. The first verse is flute in the lower register. Second verse is a tender and flowing obligato. I love it!!!!! The third verse reaches up to High G and is melody. Starting in the key of B-flat, this arrangement modulates to C major. I especially like the second verse. It has the piano with the melody and the intermediate flute playing a flowing melodic line that is both tender and 'flutey'. This arrangement is both tender and rejoicing. Somehow when I was writing it, I felt it to be both holy and happy. It's a lovely new sound for this most important of all Christmas hymns.
