The Level A workbook provides students ages 6-10 with a solid foundation in music theory through fun and engaging lessons, sight-reading and ear training games, and practical applications. Lessons covered include: key groups - black and white keys, high, middle, and low sounds; patterns - same (line or space), step (up or down), and skip (up or down); staff - treble clef (middle C to G4) and bass clef (F3 to middle C); note values - whole note, quarter note; analysis - musical concepts, terms, symbols, and signs; and a bonus music theory level guide and chart.
