This is a beloved Christmas Carol from the Renaissance period. At that
time, the word Merry meant Great or Mighty. In 1843 Charles Dickens
referred to it in A Christmas Carol.
In this subtly energetic arrangement, the Pedal Harp has the melody in two
of the five verses. Each verse is separated by an interlude.
