Publisher Desc.  This Kyrie is very different. It's a classical light jazzy style with colorful rich tones and a beautiful warm piano accompaniment. The choral parts are easy but need special attention to tuning the chords properly. I know that your singers will enjoy this enchanting gorgeous composition. A little about Kyrie's history: It was first composed for SSA for a High school girls' Aria choir. Next, the SATB version was composed and premiered at the ACDA Western Conference by a champion chamber choir. In 2010 Kyrie was selected as the California Golden State Choral Competition "Test Piece" for all large choirs. I'm so honored that Kyrie was performed in Italy with an unplanned performance for the Pope. Lastly, Kyrie was also chosen as an interest composition for the 2010 ACDA Convention.
