Collection of 12 songs arranged for autoharp in standard notation as well as autoharp tablature. Songs in this collection are from the Old Time String Band tradition which comes from the southern Appalachian Mountain region of the USA. These bands consist mostly of stringed instruments with a few other additions from time to time. There are many instances where autoharps were (and still are) historically a part of these traditional music ensembles. The repertoire consists mostly of traditional folk songs that are native to the southern Appalachian Mountain region.
